Advocate is the largest health system in Illinois, and BCBSIL is the largest health insurer in the state. BlueCare Direct provides access to Advocate Health Care’s vast network of doctors and hospitals in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake and Will counties and available to individual, family and small groups. Along with all the features of an HMO, BlueCare Direct offers:

Just don't get sick on Sundays, no one answers phones for 'same day appointments' ( lie). Oh also don't get sick after 4 pm. This plan only benefits to if you get sick during bankers hours.
This plan includes the Walgreens Advocate Minute Clinics that are open 7 days a week and only cost a $50 urgent care copay.
