What Health Insurance Plans Do NorthShore Hospitals Accept? (2025)

On the individual/exchange market, NorthShore hospitals currently accepts the Blue Precision HMO Plans from Ambetter, Aetna PPO, BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois PPO and BluePrecision HMO, United Healthcare, and Oscar Illinois ACA plans. 

Exchange Enrollment Instructions:
When selecting the Blue Precision product on the Exchange, you will need to provide the PCP's 9 digit PCP ID and the 3 digit Medical Group/IPA number. Each PCP ID is notated directly below the physician's name on this page.

The Medical Group/IPA number for all NorthShore Hospital physicians is 447. If you do not enter this information upon enrollment, you will be automatically assigned a PCP and may not be able to access the providers of your choosing.
