Your member ID cards will only have the primary subscriber's name on them, but they can be used by all of the dependents (in this case your spouse) enrolled under your policy.
I received my ID cards in the mail but they only have my name on them and not my spouse's. Can I get another ID card with their name on it?

Yep, it's ludicrous. My wife's name is on my card so now when I go to the doctor they assume I've had a sex change or I'm going under she/her. Another shining example of health insurance companies showing maximum incompetence in understanding their customers, the subscribers that actually pay their salaries. We'd be better off having a plan number on the ID card without name.
