Since billing is handled directly by your insurance company, all billing related questions should be directed to their billing department. This contact information can be found on the back of your insurance card.
If for some reason you do not have your insurance card available, please email our support team (help@ihealthagents.com) who can provide you with the necessary information.
The healthcare.gov marketplace accepts your initial 1st month payment on behalf of some insurance companies, but they do not accept payments after your initial payment. The insurance companies should always be your first point of contact for billing issues.
