The 2025 New Jersey FPL levels used to calculate subsidies and cost-sharing reductions are below:
Household size | 100% poverty | 150% poverty |
1 | $15,060 | $22,590 |
2 | $20,440 | $30,660 |
3 | $25,820 | $38,730 |
4 | $31,200 | $46,800 |
New Jersey residents may also be eligible for state subsidies through the New Jersey Health Plan Savings (NJHPS) program. To qualify, a household's annual income must be up to 600% of the federal poverty level. In 2025, this means an individual's income can be up to $90,360, and a family of four's income can be up to $187,200.
