Off-exchange, standalone coverage from BlueCross BlueShield of Arizona can help you get the dental and vision care you need for your total health. Many of their dental plans cover you 100% for exams, cleanings and X-rays.

BluePreferred Individual Dental PPO plans offer 100% in-network coverage for covered diagnostic and preventive services. This means that common covered services such as two yearly exams and cleanings, and some x-rays are provided with no out-of-pocket expenses when network dentists are used. And the network is extensive with licensed dentists located throughout Arizona. Three different plan designs are available.
