Yes, you can change your PCP once a month if you wish.
If you do not select a PCP on the application, you can pick one later before January 1st. If you don't choose a PCP before January 1st, one will be assigned to you which can also be changed.
If I enroll with one PCP on the Blue Precision HMO plan, can i change my designated PCP (either before yearend or in 2017) if i discover another PCP that may be a better fit for me?
