No, the Wellmark Value Plan options are different off-exchange vs on-exchange. If you qualify for a subsidy, you will need to select one of the 4 on-exchange Wellmark Value Plan options:
- Wellmark Value Gold 2000
- Wellmark Value Silver 4000
- Wellmark Value Gold 3200
- Wellmark Value Bronze 7150
If you do not qualify for a subsidy, you can select one of the 3 off-exchange options below:
- Wellmark Value Gold 1500
- Wellmark Value Silver HSA
- Wellmark Value Bronze HSA
You can still enroll in an on-exchange plan, but you will only be eligible for subsidy assistance by selecting one of the on-exchange plan options.
