The 2025 open enrollment period for the Affordable Care Act (ACA) in the United States is November 1, 2024 through January 15, 2025 in most states: 

Enrollment dates

Open enrollment begins on November 1, 2024 and ends on January 15, 2025 in most states. However, there are some states with different dates, including: 

Idaho: Open enrollment begins on October 15, 2024 and ends on December 16, 2024 

Massachusetts: Open enrollment ends on January 23, 2025 

California, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and DC: Open enrollment ends on January 31, 2025 

Eligibility

Most U.S. citizens and “lawfully present” immigrants qualify for ACA plans. DACA recipients can also use the Marketplace and obtain income-based subsidies for 2025.
