What Health Insurance Plans Do NorthShore Hospitals Accept? (2023)

On the individual/exchange market, NorthShore hospitals currently accepts the Blue Precision HMO Plans from Ambetter, Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois, United Healthcare, and Oscar Illinois ACA plans. 

Exchange Enrollment Instructions:
When selecting the Blue Precision product on the Exchange, you will need to provide the PCP's 9 digit PCP ID and the 3 digit Medical Group/IPA number. Each PCP ID is notated directly below the physician's name on this page.

The Medical Group/IPA number for all NorthShore Hospital physicians is 447. If you do not enter this information upon enrollment, you will be automatically assigned a PCP and may not be able to access the providers of your choosing.
