Allegheny Health Network Removed from National Rental Networks on January 1, 2018

(Applies to All group and individual members) Starting January 1, 2018, Allegheny Health Network (AHN), which has multiple hospitals and medical facilities in western Pennsylvania, will no longer be part of any of the national rental networks we offer our members. This includes all affiliated facilities and medical professionals.

Med Mutual of Ohio will send this letter to the following impacted group officials from all market segments with the criteria in the bulleted list below.

• Groups domiciled in the following counties: Ashtabula, Trumbull, Mahoning, Columbiana, Jefferson, Belmont and Monroe.
• Groups with employees who received services from AHN providers on or after July 1, 2016.
• Other select groups.
