Medicare Advantage (Part C): In 2027, the in-network out-of-pocket maximum for Part C plans is $9,850 for approved services (up from $9,250 in 2026), but individual plans can set lower limits if they wish.
Medicare Part D: Out-of-pocket drug costs are capped at $2,100 in 2026 and $2,400 in 2027.
Original Medicare (Parts A and B) has no yearly out-of-pocket limit, which is one reason many people add a Medigap policy.
