While Mutual of Omaha doesn’t offer Medicare Advantage plans, the company does sell Medicare Supplement Insurance (Medigap) plans in many parts of the country. And depending on the Mutual of Omaha plan you choose, your plan may include a wide range of discounts, gym membership and other fitness benefits through a program called Mutually Well, which is similar to SilverSneakers.
How Is SilverSneakers Different From Mutually Well?
SilverSneakers is a senior-focused fitness program included in many Medicare Advantage plans and even some Medicare Supplement Insurance plans.
SilverSneakers includes a basic gym membership at thousands of participating gyms and fitness centers, most of which also feature group fitness classes and programs designed specifically for older adults, such as yoga, water aerobics, walking clubs and more.
Some Medicare plans don’t offer SilverSneakers membership as a benefit but instead offer health and fitness benefits through programs such as Mutually Well or Silver & Fit.

What Medicare Supplement Plans Does Mutual of Omaha Offer?
Medicare Supplement Insurance, or Medigap, provides coverage for some of the out-of-pocket costs that are required by Original Medicare (Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B). These costs can include deductibles, copayments and coinsurance that can be covered in part or in full by some types of Medigap plans.
Medicare Supplement Insurance coverage is standardized by the federal government, and there are 10 different types of standardized Medigap plans available in most states across the country.
Mutual of Omaha sells Medigap Plans A, F, G and N, along with high-deductible Plan F.

1. Plans C and F are not available to new beneficiaries who became eligible for Medicare on or after January 1, 2020. 2. Plans F and G also offer a high deductible plan which has an annual deductible of $2,800 in 2024. Once the annual deductible is met, the plan pays 100% of covered services for the rest of the year. The high deductible Plan F is not available to new beneficiaries who became eligible for Medicare on or after January 1, 2020. 3. Plan K has an out-of-pocket yearly limit of $7,060 in 2024. Plan L has an out-of-pocket yearly limit of $3,530 in 2024. 4. Plan N pays 100% of the Part B coinsurance, except for a copayment of up to $20 for some office visits and up to $50 for emergency room visits that don’t result in an inpatient admission.

What Is Mutually Well?
Mutually Well is a healthy lifestyle program designed for adults ages 50 and over that includes the following perks for Mutual of Omaha Medigap members.

Members can save on healthy living products and services. Members can save money on chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage therapy, personal training, fitness equipment and meal programs from more than 20,000 nationwide specialists and partners.

Mobile app
The Mutually Well mobile app allows you to create and follow a plan for healthy living. Set goals, receive a weekly plan and use the app to get discounts when visiting providers for care. The app is available on both Apple and Android devices.

Gym membership
Members have the option of purchasing a gym membership for $25 per month that grants access to more than 10,000 fitness locations nationwide. The membership includes group classes and comes with no annual gym contracts or enrollment fees. You can cancel or restart your gym membership at any time with no penalty.
