A group census is an official count of who works for your company. Insurance companies need to know who is apart of the company, and who will be receiving benefits.
What type of information is needed on the group census?
- Names of covered employees and dependents
- Dates of Birth or ages (including dependents)
- Residential zip codes
- What coverage people will be applying for; including those waiving
This basic information is needed as a starting point to get a quote.
